In my career as a chef, I found it to be a great paradox that on my highest-performing days I couldn’t muster up a healthy meal for myself.
Our busy lives can lead us to prioritize work, fun, and family over ourselves, and when we catch a break convenience is key. That’s why I created Best Behavior: the ultimate convenience food that doesn’t corner us into culinary compromise.
Whether in-between calls, sitting at the kitchen table hot coffee in hand – or rather, hunched over the sink at 2AM on a weeknight – this is a cereal for grown-ups who want it all: great flavor and a nutritious,
yet satiating refrain for stomach and soul.
